Communication is a big issue in a country where people were shooting each other until few years ago. Collaboration tools in this respect can help to simplify communication processes within Public Administrations, actually overwhelmed by bureaucratical problems. Besides technology and processes, I found Sarajevo people seeking normal life, and also job opportunities. I really wish them all the best.
